Payment Plans
Available during Price Protection enrollment.
(Pre Buy, Budget, Price Cap)
Pre-Buy:
This allows you to pre-buy your annual propane gallons at Altogas’ lowest fixed contract price for the upcoming season. To secure this price, simply make one full payment at the time of enrollment.
Budget Payment:
Once you lock-in your propane price, Altogas can help make payments easier by spreading the payments out over a 12-month period.
Price Cap Protection:
Our price cap option gives you a WIN-WIN SITUATION of always paying the “lowest possible rate.”
Payment Methods
Pay your bill on your terms. Altogas offers 3 Payments methods to make payments easy.
Pay Online:
There’s no worry of late fees with this option. Set up your personal Altogas account on our secure payment portal with either a bank account or credit card. Pay your bill anytime, anywhere, with 24/7 access.
Pay by Mail:
Make a payment by mail using the address listed on your bill.
Pay by Phone:
Call your local Altogas office to make a payment over the phone.
Delivery Options
Altogas offers customers two delivery options to choose from:
Auto-Fill Delivery:
With Auto – Fill Delivery, Altogas monitors your propane usage in real time using tank-monitor-technology. When Altogas sees your propane monitor read 30%, a delivery is automatically scheduled to fill your tank.
Select this service on your Altogas Customer Service Agreement, and maintain a current balance on your account.
In addition, Altogas’ mobile app is available for download (both IOS and Android) where you can see your tank levels and manage your account anytime.
Will-Call Delivery Option:
With Will – Call Delivery, you have control to order your propane when you need it.
You monitor your propane gauge. When the gauge is between 20-30%, call the office to request a delivery. Minimum delivery 250 gallons.
Propane deliveries occur:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. — 4 p.m.
Saturdays – during the Winter season
