We just had Dennis come out today for a safety inspection and he was very kind and professional, making sure everything was taken care of in our home. All the folks at Altogas went above and beyond to make sure I had propane. Blustery winter weather, a long, narrow lane, and trees/branches that prevented the removal of the old tank all added to a difficult situation. They could have just walked away, but the didn't! They were able to find a way and place to put down the new tank, and fill it with enough propane to get me through the next few weeks as we wait for better weather. A huge thank you and shout out to Cal B, Marcial G and Bev! I'm so glad I decided to switch to Altogas!!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with altogas thus far was so good I felt I needed to.
I called around just yesterday looking for a new propane supplier as my previous company was taking too long to refill my tank, and I was going to run out very soon. After calling around, altogas was able to get me a next morning tank swap to keep us warm during this upcoming winter storm. The tank install took an hour, driver was incredible friendly and fun to chat with, and less than two hours later the fill truck was here filling the tank to full.
