- Burger bun
- 8 ounces of ground beef
- Blue cheese
- Better Made potato chips
- Flour
- Butter
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil or butter

How to Cook the Patties and Make the Sauce
- Pre-heat your grill to medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into dimpled patties about a half inch thick. These patties form the juicy, flavorful base of your Detroit Lions Burgers.
- Season patties on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil or butter to a pan over medium heat, and then add a small amount of flour.
- Keep on the lowest heat for about 5 minutes.
- Gradually add milk to the flour, stirring continuously.
- Bring to a boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Place the mixture on the lowest heat setting.
- Add the patties to your preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
