Detroit Lions Blues & Better Made Burger

Ingredients
- Burger bun
- 8 ounces of ground beef
- Blue cheese
- Better Made potato chips
- Flour
- Butter
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Pre-heat your grill to medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into dimpled patties about a half inch thick.
- Season patties on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat, and add a bit of flour.
- Keep on the lowest heat for about 5 minutes.
- Gradually add milk to the flour and keep stirring.
- Turn up the heat to boiling for 3-4 minutes.
- Put the mixture on lowest heat.
- Add the patties to your pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the patty from the grill and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Get the sauce to the consistency you want it.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Add blue cheese to the sauce and whisk until creamy.
- Place the burgers on a bun.
- Add sauce to the top of the burgers.
- Top with potato chips, more sauce, and any other toppings you like.
- Add the top bun and cut the sandwich in half.
