Seasonal Grilling | Seasonal Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Burger bun
  • 8 ounces of ground beef 
  • Blue cheese 
  • Better Made potato chips
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil or butter

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your grill to medium heat.  
  • Form the ground beef into dimpled patties about a half inch thick.  
  • Season patties on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Add olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat, and add a bit of flour. 
  • Keep on the lowest heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Gradually add milk to the flour and keep stirring.
  • Turn up the heat to boiling for 3-4 minutes.
  • Put the mixture on lowest heat.  
  • Add the patties to your pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the patty from the grill and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • Get the sauce to the consistency you want it.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  • Add blue cheese to the sauce and whisk until creamy.
  • Place the burgers on a bun.
  • Add sauce to the top of the burgers.
  • Top with potato chips, more sauce, and any other toppings you like.
  • Add the top bun and cut the sandwich in half.
